Marhar Snowboards warrants all of its products to be free of any manufacture's defects for a period of one (1) year in material or craftsmanship. If any product is foundto be defective by Marhar Snowboards, Marhar is only responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective product. Marhar shall not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages to the product as a result of loss or use of the product. The warranty only applies to products purchased through the Marhar website or an authorized dealer and is only valid for the origional purchaser with receipt. Product being returned must have prior authorization and the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.

COVERED

Structural cracks on the fiberglass, top sheet, base, core, edge, sidewall, and inserts.
De-lamination of the top sheet, base, sidewall, edge, tip filler and tail filler.
Improper insert alignment.
Spinning or stripped inserts (if caused by the manufacturer, not covered if due to improper mounting).

NOT COVERED

Normal wear and tear of the product.
Damage caused by the misuse or abuse of the product.
Damage caused from an improper mount or adjustment of the bindings.
Damage from non-Marhar products.
Damage caused from chairlifts.
Warranty becomes void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the product.
Rock and any other impact related damage.

• Marhar reserves the right to reject or accept any images submitted through the DYOB feature so no nudie photos or dis-tasteful artwork.

• Any art, photos, notes, drawings, concepts, sketches, paintings or any other submissions shall be property of Marhar Snowboards. We will not use any submissions for any other purpose other than the custom snowboard purchased by the customer without permission.
