Welcome to Marhar Snowboards, Michigan’s only 100% handmade snowboard manufacturer, producing all of our own bamboo cores, poplar cores, with full capabilities to produce a one of a kind customized snowboard for your unique riding preferences. We custom built our own pnuematic heat presses to form all of our boards. All of our snowboards are handmade in Grand Rapids manufacturing facility along with sourcing a majority of our raw materials locally including a specialized, Michigan produced, epoxy custom only to Marhar to further set us apart from the rest.

Founded in late 2008, Marhar Snowboards has been creating handcrafted snowboards that compete with big name brands. Since inception our products have proven durability, high performance and affordability.  One unique aspect of our snowboards, although the trend has been growing, is the unique placement of bamboo in our cores. The core material placement combined with our mustache rocker creates a board with insane flex, control, and pop.

Another unique aspect of Marhar is that we want our riders to tap into their creative mind so we offer our "Design Your Own Board" program. Not only can you create your own graphics but you have the ability to choose the tech in the boards as well.

At Marhar, we don’t want to confuse you with what we are about. Marhar isn’t a name and a pretty face on someone else’s product. Our boards aren’t coming from China, Austria, or California. We take pride in our product and that’s why you won’t find a Marhar Snowboard with outsourced graphics, cores, bases, tuning, etc. When you ride a Marhar, your riding a fully made Michigan product. You might ask, “Why are the boards priced under $400.00 if you use bamboo, carbon fiber, dampening systems, and they come handcrafted? Well, we come from a great city, where we can get almost every raw component within a few miles of our facility, which is why we decided to manufacturer in the Grand Rapids area. Having these resources literally in our back yard, has allowed us to stay competitive and innovative at the same time.
